The members of Law Cooperative are actively involved in legal scholarship including legal education, research, writing, presentations, lectures, publications and authorship. A list of such scholarship and associated endeavors is included below.
- David P. Sharrow, Visiting Professor of Law, Tulane University Law School, Strategic Partnering. David has taught a mini-course in the Fall semester to upper class law students on strategic alliances. The course provides students with a practical, business-oriented approach to a number of areas that are significant to structuring and negotiating strategic alliances. In doing so, he brings together aspects from a number of divergent areas of law, including contracts, antitrust, FDA regulation, corporate law, patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secret, privacy, media and internet issues.
