Our Approach

Law Cooperative’s attorneys develop deep relationships with client organizations, many times appearing to be seamlessly integrated with our clients’ business development, sales, legal, financial and technical teams. We work closely with these business counterparts in developing, structuring, negotiating and implementing commercial relationships involving intellectual property, recognizing the legal and business realities of specific transactions. Because no two transactions are identical, we leverage our experience, often assisting clients in overcoming both difficult legal and commercial issues, drawing from the wide variety of transactions on which we have worked.

We recognize that clients are looking for an attorney with significant transactional experience plus desire a consistent negotiating partner in connection with both complex transactions and day-to-day business needs. The attorney that you engage will serve this “outsourced general counsel” role and will be your primary contact throughout your relationship with Law Cooperative.

Our commitment is to offer all clients real-time, practical advice to address both their legal and business needs.
